Due to the technical nature of the security equipment we provide, support is a very important and absolutely essential benefit for our customers.


USA’s support staff includes more than 165 years of combined experience in Video Surveillance, Access Control and Security Systems with several of our senior level technicians having 25 to 30 years of experience each. Our technicians are also consistently being trained and certified by various technology manufacturers so they will have the knowledge necessary to support these products.


Many of the systems today are connected and managed over a local area network or the internet. USA has always been one of the leaders in this technology and we were among the first to establish our own IT Support Team. Under the direction of a full time Director of IT Support, customers who need assistance with issues related to networking or accessing their systems over a LAN, WAN or Internet connection, can obtain most of that support directly from us without going thru an outside vendor.
